Had an amazing experience with my girlfriend there last night! Joana was very kind and nice in helping us find our way! Emily was an exceptionally amazing server, making sure our glass was full, and all was well! The nachos were humongous, and they had beer on tap that I have yet to see at most bars. 10/10, can't wait to go back again!
From the gentleman downstairs when we walked in the door to being greeted by Molly who seated and served us, it was a great experience. My husband Rob and I are visiting Toronto from Florida and we did a last minute trip to Niagara Falls in the afternoon. It became late and nothing was still open and we had not eaten all day. We found your place as we were going to return to Toronto at 9pm. Molly was an absolute gem, an excellent server, and the food was very good. We are happy to have come across your establishment and would highly recommend to everyone.
We visit Play for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience! They made us feel special from the time we were greeted right up until the end. As we did not order dessert, they comped our drinks. So appreciated and so kind. Thank you to our server Caitlin, you did a wonderful job! Lovely live music as we were leaving as well.
We celebrated my Mom’s Birthday on the patio and the staff were phenomenal from the upbeat Greeter at the Hotel/Spa entrance to Mackenzie, our Server, and of course shout out to the kitchen and bar ...... ....... Crispy Ravioli was done to perfection, Health Nut salad full size portion was so generous will be enjoyed again for lunch tomorrow, Classic Club Sandwich and Fish Tacos did not disappoint. Strawberry Mango Marguerita was amazing. Really impressed by the number of delicious choices and especially the gluten free options on the menu. After we were seated we asked to move to a table with more shade - no problem at all. And our guest of honour was really hoping for ice cream for dessert, which wasn’t on the dessert menu but Mackenzie made it happen. Chocolate syrup? Yes, of course. Garnished beautifully with a fresh, ripe, strawberry. After a previous pandemic birthday where we shopped for the wine, made apps, picked up takeout, arranged table decor and cleanup, etc we appreciate how much we rely on hospitality professionals to make special occasions so stress free.

This restaurant is absolutely awesome! The food is finger-licking good, the vibe is super cozy, and the service is top-notch. Huge shoutout for the delicious complimentary treat! One small tip: for the sweet potato fries, just a bit of salt would be perfect—no need for extra spices. I’ll definitely be back, this place is a vibe!
